Biography

Kish Miller is a healthcare operations strategist serving as the Growth Liaison for North Shepherd Ambulatory Surgery Center. In this role, she focuses on optimizing patient access to vascular care through efficient referral coordination and streamlined patient flow.

As the center’s primary point of contact for dialysis networks across the Houston area, Kish partners closely with nephrologists and care teams to ensure a seamless transition from referral to treatment. Her work is centered on accelerating access to life-sustaining procedures while supporting timely, coordinated care for patients with vascular access needs.

Kish holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and brings a systems-driven approach to improving patient throughput, enhancing referral-to-treatment conversion, and strengthening collaboration across the care continuum. She has extensive experience leading multi-site clinical coordination across both hospital-based and freestanding settings.

Her clinical foundation includes more than a decade of experience in open heart surgery as a surgical assistant, where she worked alongside cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons to support complex procedures and advance high-quality vascular access care.
